Y.Bhg.Dato’ Seri Kee Yong Wee, born on 12 Nov 1936, Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering University of Melbourne, Australia. MBA Cranfied Shool of Managment, Bedford, UK (Mara Scholar).  Former Deputy Minister, Ministry of Trade & Industry, Malaysia 1986, also Executive Chairman of KYW Holdings Group of Companies. Former Honorary Treasurer of Olympic Council Malaysia. President, Wushu Federation of Malaysia (WFM).

Dato’ Seri Kee also actively participated in politics, becoming the Youth Chief of the Malaysian Chinese Association where upon he was appointed as Deputy Minister of Ministry of trade and Industry and Senator of the Upper House of Parliament (2 terms)

Dato’ Seri Kee played an active role in the growth and development of the following public listed companies where he served on the Board of Directors, Bandar Raya Development Berhad, Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad, Multipurpose Holdings Berhad.
